Shannon Osthimer
Manager of Operations
Shannon Osthimer manages all of the details that make Bateman Group run smoothly and allow the agency to maintain its exceptionally high employee and client retention rates. She handles the day-to-day agency operations, including employee benefits, professional development, agency marketing, recruiting and legal issues, and provides support to the senior management team.
Shannon gained her agency management experience at Evans Partners, initially on the client service side and ultimately running operations, where she was instrumental in growing the agency from two employees to 20 and increasing annual billings ten-fold. Shannon further honed her organizational, negotiation and management skills at Bridgeview Properties, where she managed complex multi-home real estate development projects in addition to raising twin sons and serving in a variety of board positions for the public schools and local charities. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
